Embracing a New Adventure: Trading in Our Trusted Van
for a Big Ole Motorhome..

After years of faithful service, our beloved LDV van Noah, is ready to move on to new adventures with someone else.

And why?

Because we’re stepping up our game and embracing a new chapter of Adventure.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’re upgrading to a spacious motorhome called Henry, and we can’t wait to hit the open road, exploring Australia with our three furry companions, Mabi, Molly, and Hamish.

Why We’re Making the Change

Noah has been more than just a vehicle; he’s been a trusty companion on countless journeys, transporting us around countryside.
From weekend getaways to longer trips, Noah has been there for it all.
But as we approach retirement and dream of more extensive travels across Australia, we’ve realized that our needs have evolved…

Our new motorhome will offer a significant upgrade in comfort and space, essential for longer journeys and extended stays.
With its ample room for sleeping, living, and storing gear, it’s designed to make life on the road a bit more home-like, – maybe even a little ‘luxurious‘!

The added space means also means that we will be able to take Mabi, Molly, and Hamish; and they will all have their own cozy spots to relax, and we’ll have room to stretch out and enjoy the journey even more.

Why a 6-Berth Motorhome?

Comfort for Everyone: The setup ensures that everyone—two humans and three dogs—has plenty of space.
No more cramped quarters or juggling for space.
We’ll have separated sleeping areas, a comfortable living space, and all the amenities needed to make our travels enjoyable.
A Home on Wheels: The motorhome provides a full kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Whether we’re cooking up a feast or taking a hot shower after a day of exploration, we’ll have everything we need at our fingertips. It’s essentially a home that moves with us, making travel more comfortable and less reliant on finding amenities on the go.
Flexibility and Freedom: One of the biggest perks of having a motorhome is the flexibility it offers.
We can choose to stay in one place for a while or move on whenever we feel like it.
The ability to wake up to a new view every day without the hassle of packing and unpacking, is a luxury we’re really looking forward to, and are excited to embrace.

Saying Goodbye to Noah

Parting with Noah is bittersweet…
We’ve shared so many memories with him, from spontaneous road trips to daily errands.
He’s been our reliable ‘friend’, and it’s hard to imagine our travels without him, but we’re comforted by the fact that he’s served us well and is now ready for someone else to create new adventures.

We’ll be going through the process of finding a new owner for Noah in the coming weeks – and while it’s all a bit emotional, we’re optimistic that he’ll continue to bring joy and reliability to his next family.
It’s a chance for us to pass on the baton and for Noah to embark on new journeys.

Our Future Adventures

With a new motorhome joining the Family, our eyes are set on the horizon.

Australia is a vast and diverse country, and we’re eager to explore every corner.
From the stunning coastlines and lush rainforests to the rugged outback and charming small towns, there’s so much to see and experience.
And of course, Mabi, Molly, and Hamish will be right there with us, hopefully enjoying the adventures as much as we will.

We’ll be sharing our journey, experiences, and tips along the way, so stay tuned for updates, travel stories, and insights into life on the road with our furry Co-pilot Dogs.

We’re excited to start this new chapter and hope you’ll join us on this incredible adventure!

Here’s to new beginnings, new horizons, and the open road.
Cheers to getting a new motorhome, and to the endless possibilities that lie ahead!
