Lake Barrine is a picturesque crater lake on the Atherton Tablelands, surrounded by cool rainforest.
Giant kauri pines, the privately-owned Lake Barrine Tea-House and Barrine Boat Cruises make Lake Barrine a very popular stop for visitors.
It is also possible to walk right the way around the Lake, and the track is well-maintained. 🚍🐢🐕‍🦺

The bridge connecting Ayr and Home Hill in Queensland is the Burdekin Bridge, also known as the Burdekin River Bridge or the Silver Link.
This road and rail bridge spans the Burdekin River, linking the two towns and serving as a vital part of the Bruce Highway, which is part of Highway 1.
Completed in 1957, the Burdekin Bridge is one of the longest multi-span bridges in Australia, measuring approximately 1,100 metres in length.
